Lebel IAU Cell Care 2 is the second step in the professional “Happiness for Hair” SPA treatment, designed to restore and strengthen the internal structure of the hair. This concentrated serum works as an activator, preparing the hair cortex to effectively absorb the benefits of subsequent treatment stages. It must be used exclusively as part of the full SPA procedure and is not intended for standalone use.

The formula contains restorative proteins that penetrate damaged areas of the hair, replenishing and rebuilding the cortex from within. As a result, hair becomes noticeably denser, more elastic, and resilient, with improved shine and a healthier overall appearance. At this stage, the cuticle softens and permeability increases, creating the ideal foundation for the intensive recovery that follows in the next step of the ritual.
