HydroPeptide Pre-Treatment Toner is a brightening and antioxidant toner that prepares the skin for the actives that follow. The formula combines CitruStem™ orange stem cell extract with the Melfade® PF brightening complex (bearberry and stabilised vitamin C).

CitruStem™ provides antioxidant flavonoids and anti-tyrosine action that supports a more even-looking tone, while Melfade® PF combines bearberry's natural brightening compounds with stable vitamin C for visible luminosity. Applied after cleansing as a primer step between cleansing and serum, the toner refreshes, brightens and sets up the skin to make better use of the treatments that follow — suitable for daily morning and evening use.
